Is ACS part of Arkansas ABC or ATC?
No. ACS is an independent private company. It isn't a state service, and it doesn't replace official guidance from ABC or ATC.
Is the AI rulebook legal advice?
No. Answers cite the rule they're based on so you can check the source. For a binding answer on your situation, contact ABC, ATC, or an attorney.
Can I manage more than one location?
Yes. Add locations for $10 a month on Training Essentials or $15 a month on Pro, and manage staff, audits, and logs for all of them from one account. Four or more locations get custom pricing.
Do staff get a certificate?
Yes. Staff receive a digital certificate of completion from ACS that you can pull up anytime. It's a training record, not a state-issued license.
What happens if someone fails a quiz?
They can retake it as many times as needed, with feedback after each attempt.
Does ACS scan IDs?
No. ACS includes a fake ID guide for training, but it doesn't scan IDs. See the ID scanner providers above.
